All the GIFS on this blog will have their links next to them, so all you have to do is click the link, and copy what’s in the url bar and insert it with the little tree icon on your post, and they’ll show up straightaway.
However, if you’re wondering how to put in your own picture that you have saved, and you don’t want it to turn into this
then here are your instructions.
It really bugged me when I first started on Tumblr. It just doesn’t look pretty when you’re uploading a freaking awesome picture, and this little bitch shows up on your dash. It frustrated me to no end. So what you have to do is, click new text post, on the right there should be “+ upload photo.” Upload whatever you want to put in your post, then once it’s done, click the little tree icon, and copy the link that’s there. Then go to the post you wanted to put it in, press the tree icon and paste the link. It should now appear straight away on the dash without the little grey box.
